This icon represents either the customer or supplier. Typically these are identified within Value Stream Maps by the customer being in the top right with the supplier usually being placed in the top left of the map.
Note that your map may have a variety of suppliers in the map – most VSM will usually have a single customer identified and is usually the finishing position for the material flow.
