Were can I get Value stream mapping icons for visio?

Visio 2007 has inbuilt support for Value stream mapping however for those using previous versions you’ll need to download an appropriate stencil.

Try these links

Flow Alliance has a Value Stream Mapping stencil – click here to visit the site

For more information on the process you can check out this list of value stream mapping videos here.

Looks like the flowalliance website is now down ;-( – if your desperate for a visio based VSM – consider registering to try out MS Office online at the Microsoft site – this will give you access to VIsio where you can try out the embedded VSM features –

In the meantime, and in the absence of the flowalliance website, has anyone got any VSM stencil links they wish to publish here?

Hi, If you are still looking for the Visio VSM templates check out http://www.evsm.com/.
It is a little pricey but works well with Visio 2003, 2007 but i don’t know about 2010. It can link to MS excel too.
